I have over 30 years experience in helping people to heal and feel whole again. I like working with couples to help them communicate in ways that bring them closer rather than create distance. I work with individuals struggling with trauma, self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, and other problems that create dysfunctional patterns and symptoms in their life and relationships. It is rewarding to help people who may have felt hopeless, to move in a positive healing direction toward reclaiming their lives and their happiness. I also have a staff psychiatrist available for those individuals who may benefit from medication for depression, anxiety, insomnia.
