I am here to help! We all face situations or challenges from time to time that we might not be quite sure how to handle. I am here to partner with you and help you through those times, or even act as a sounding board if you just need to talk! My counseling approach builds on a simple foundation – getting to know you. No two people are the same, and no two situations are exactly the same. I truly enjoy getting to know people, what your strengths are, what your challenges are, and what your goals are. We can work together to establish a treatment to achieve them, and maybe even have some fun along the way! I am a Nationally Certified Counselor and a LIMHP in the state of Nebraska. I completed both my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling degree at Bellevue University. I have experience working with drug/alcohol issues, depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, co-dependency, major mental health, trauma, and grief.
