You’re my ideal client! I want to meet you wherever you are & journey with you to where you want to go. Ever pass people who look impossibly high-functioning/put together - makes you feel like you'll never get there? So many look in a mirror & wonder who’s staring back & how they became who they are now. To understand you, we first have to understand the story you’ve created from the beginning. Letting others into dark corners of your life, where hurt hides, can be scary & painful. But, it’s in those moments where healing happens. My role, in your journey, is to stand beside you, in the darker places, & help you turn on a light View 4 Photos I work from a narrative & intergenerational perspective. I start slowly & listen deeply to uncover the stories of your life. Once we are able to see clearly the narrative that has been constructed, together we aim to rewrite the parts that hurt while investigating how intergenerational patterns contribute to your pain & keep you feeling locked in place.
