I specialize in helping autistic children, teens, and young adults who struggle with challenges associated with OCD and Anxiety. My approach is grounded in evidence-based, contextual behavior therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Clinical Behavior Analysis (CBA). I am particularly interested in helping autistic clients find self-determination, vibrancy and meaning in the face of a social world that does not always understand their unique perspective and potential.
