My ideal clients are teens that want to be heard and understood. I am eager to help those that may be struggling with depression and with the anxieties of becoming young adults. Teens experience intense pressure regarding how to act, look, think, and feel. I strive to help them feel comfortable in their own skin and increase their ability to find acceptance and joy in their life.
