Founded by Dr. Melissa Carman, our team draws from a passion for helping people live their best lives. We provide a safety net of resources, offering services like corporate consultations, couples intensives, and individual therapy. Using a comprehensive and holistic approach, we address mental health prevention and intervention at every social-ecological level, empowering clients to find healing and fulfillment. We don't believe in waitlists and do our best to accommodate you in your time of need.
