Welcome to Coach & Counsel LLC! I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a powerful agent of change and that healing begins only in a space that truly feels safe for self-exploration. In my practice, I work collaboratively with my clients; I believe that therapists are the experts of the process, and that clients are the experts of their own experience. I aim to create an empathic, compassionate and nonjudgmental environment, so that you can be unafraid to express any areas of yourself that have been tucked away. As a culturally sensitive therapist, I take the time to understand my client’s goals and needs, strengths and challenges, and what they need to feel comfortable, supported and understood. With gentle curiosity, kindness, respect, and compassion, we will learn what it is that you need to be your most authentic self and create long-term meaningful change.
