I believe people show great effort and courage by seeking counseling. However, effort and courage are usually not enough without purpose and direction. As a therapist, I have worked for Veterans healthcare, volunteered at a domestic violence shelter, and worked with people needing mental health services for over thirty years. I can be that objective party to help you find direction, to overcome the problem or issue you happen to be struggling with. I do care about the people I treat and offer support and compassion.
