I offer psychotherapy and sex therapy for adults, intimate partner work for people ages 18+ in a variety of relationship structures (monogamous, nonmonogamous, polyamorous, uncoupling), multi-modality therapy for adolescents and teens ages 10-18, and play therapy for children ages 5+. My ideal adult clients tend to have some understanding of what hasn’t been working and a desire to shift entrenched patterns and habits. If you feel ready to commit to self-reflection, growth, and writing a new story for yourself or your relationship, we might be a great fit for each other.
