Every day can be difficult, but it's just particularly hard at the moment, isn't it? Life can certainly feel heavy, isolating, or confusing at times...and you don’t have to face it alone. I provide a compassionate, affirming space to explore your experiences, process emotions, and develop tools for coping and growth. I work with clients from all backgrounds but am particularly committed to supporting LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, and non-religious individuals, as well as those impacted by political anxiety or societal stress. Together, we’ll nurture healing, self-acceptance, and a stronger connection to yourself and others.
