I'm passionate about helping adolescents (10-18) and adults overcome anxiety, manage ADHD, cope with depression, navigate life transitions, and heal from trauma. For some of my clients, these challenges are situational and brought on by life's hardest moments, while for others, their challenges can be chronic and can prevent them from living their best life. Regardless of the reason, we will work on the skills to cope and overcome together.
