I work with men and women healing from trauma and addiction to break intergenerational cycles and rediscover connection—with themselves, their bodies, and their lives. Healing often begins in the places we feel most stuck—old patterns, relational pain, or struggles with addiction/dependencies. I work with men, women, and teens to help them reconnect with themselves and others, creating space for healing, awareness, and self-compassion.
