Accepting New Clients—I have experience working with individuals across a wide range of backgrounds and life stages—from first-year college students to retirees— who have sought support with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, and life transitions. I support clients facing stressors connected to college, career development, and identity exploration. As an intern at University Counseling Services, I gained extensive experience helping college students to develop the tools needed to thrive both personally and academically and navigate the unique challenges that can often accompany this exciting but overwhelming phase of life.
