Self-exploration with a compassionate, curiously-engaged presence is a powerful experience which results in deep, lasting change. Often times, our experience of the world and ourselves can feel vaguely yet urgently unsatisfying. Sometimes we unconsciously live in a reality which no longer feels like it "fits", but we know therapy is about opening up to see yourself and the world in a new, more boundless way.
