I work with a diverse case load supporting those who are gaining new coping skills, facing life transitions, or overcoming trauma. I have worked with the active duty and veteran population in colorado springs for 6 years and I have spent most of my career navigating and increasing access to domestic violence education and resources. My clients come from diverse age groups from as young as a preteen to living in your senior years. I approach trauma symptoms and trauma disorders with gentle and engaging practices to support your goals to improved mental wellbeing.
