Hello there! Have you been feeling as if you are overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or as if you just can't seem to be able to break free from your anxiety or depression? You're not alone; and you don’t have to figure it out alone, either! I specialize in working with adults and teens who are tired of pretending that they are “fine” while quietly battling anxiety, depression, and self-doubt. Therapy with me is real talk—no judgment, and no fluff! Just a safe space to unpack all of the hard stuff, understand where it’s coming from, and build with the tools to actually feel better, not just act like it! In addition, I also specialize in working with addiction / alcoholism (including loved ones affected by addiction), dual diagnosis cases (co-occurring mental health & addiction issues), grief/loss, trauma, postpartum mental health, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, warm, and with a healthy dose of humor!
