We all have a deep desire to feel happy and at ease, and yet so often there are things in our lives that get in the way of feeling that happiness. If this resonates, you might be looking for someone to help you get there. I'm passionate about helping my clients manage symptoms of depression and anxiety, improve communication and relationship challenges, process trauma or grief, overcome barriers to deeper joy and fulfillment, and navigate questions of sexuality and gender identity. I'm a queer trans man and I work from a trauma-informed and culturally competent anti-oppression perspective.
