Life shapes us all. I help adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, life's frustrations and their limiting beliefs that keep them stuck, to gain meaning and understanding of their life stories by learning to gain clarity of how life shaped them, to shift their internal beliefs and life so they can live from their essence and experience healing, joy, fulfillment and peace. My ideal client is he or she who has courage to go within to do the internal emotional healing work, is self-motivated, ready to make lasting change and is active in the therapy process.
