As a Licensed Social Worker, she strives to assist, support and share in the therapeutic relationship, as she helps adults, directly or indirectly, reach their goals and live healthy and productive lives. She draws on Mindfulness, Strength-based & Empowerment, and CBT techniques to help adults reclaim awareness and identify areas for improvement.
