About
Do you feel alone with your problems, or stuck in patterns of behavior that are self defeating? Or perhaps you would like to feel more comfortable in intimate relationships. Trauma, anxiety, or depression may be getting in the way of your happiness and growth. A skilled, compassionate psychotherapist can help you calm your fear-driven brain and gain the relational skills needed for peace, clarity, and relationships that endure. The therapy that I offer is based on attachment theory. It transforms insecure attachments into secure ones, allowing people to develop self-acceptance and compassion and maintain positive relationships. Some need help with trauma, PTSD, grief and other losses. EMDR and AEPD are modalities I use to calm traumatized brains.
