I am best suited to treat clients that are motivated to change their current circumstance and can appreciate a strength based approach to finding solutions. Life is complex and, at times, overwhelming. Many times, people need clinical support to get through a difficult situation. Depression, anxiety, stress and substance abuse as it relates to professional and personal functioning are all areas that are supported in my practice. Connecting with my clients and their values is a position I hold dearly in my work.
