Prior to moving to New Hampshire, Colette grew up in the Caribbean where she gained an appreciation for diversity, culture and collaboration. Colette has experience working with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. Her approach is compassionate, strengths-based and collaborative, focusing on life adjustments, resilience and emotional health. Specializing in late adolescent and adult health, she helps individuals, couples and families improve emotional health, relational well-being and life changes.
