My work with clients is always with a heart-centered approach; listening and understanding each individual's experiences and offering a safe and non-judgmental place for expression. As a therapist, I can assist you with coping, stress reduction and emotional difficulties. I work with adults and elders struggling with big trauma as well as smaller traumas, substance use disorders, anger and relational issues, depression, anxiety and grief.
