I am Colette Spaulding, a Licensed MSW with 18 years of experience in the mental health field. I view each client as a whole person, taking a client-centered approach and collaborating with you to match interventions with your particular needs. I have worked with survivors of abuse, domestic violence, and trauma, as well as clients with mood disorders, anxiety and depression, grief, relationship issues, and major life transitions. My professional experience includes working with culturally diverse populations in both urban and rural settings, addressing a wide variety of mental health issues and challenges.
