In our work together, I will aim to understand and treat all parts of you, incorporating one’s mental and physical health, somatic practices/nervous system regulation, sexuality, lifestyle habits, spirituality and more into our treatment. I have specialized training to work with individuals who want to use a blended cognitive and somatic (body/nervous system) approach to their healing journey. My passion and areas of expertise are sexuality and couples work, but I welcome all clients, even if you do not want to explore sexual concerns.
