I focus on helping clients understand themselves and their worlds with clarity so that they are better able to make useful choices about the challenges in their lives. My goal is to help clients learn useful skills and to empower each person to find effective solutions to the problems they face. I provide services to clients, with particular emphasis on (1) Anxiety Disorders: Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety, Specific Phobias, etc. (2) Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). (3) Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
