I'm a licensed mental health counselor from NY. I work with adults and adolescents, providing care for clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, difficulty managing life transitions and men's issues. Many gentlemen I've had the pleasure of working with have been able to get in touch with their emotions, learn to communicate their wants/needs and overcome the stigma that has prevented so many men from seeking the mental health care they deserve. My goals for clients include reducing suffering, alleviating symptoms, improve well-being, promote personal growth, resilience and to facilitate empowerment!
