I approach therapy from a human-centered perspective. This means that our work together will be centered on you as a whole person, not just your symptoms or struggles. I believe that all people have an innate capacity for growth, healing, and self-understanding when they are given the right conditions. In our sessions, my role is not to “fix” you, but to create a safe and supportive space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. I will focus on being present with you, listening deeply, and offering genuine empathy. You can expect our sessions together to feel collaborative, respectful, and nonjudgmental.
