My goal is to not just help you to feel better, but to for us to help you understand and change the patterns that were causing you to feel poorly. I offer a free phone consultation and specialize in treating relationship concerns, communication, anxiety and depression. A guiding philosophy of mine is that our internal narratives have a huge impact on how we feel and how we behave. My goal is to help you figure out where these narratives came from, how they are or are not working for you, and how to adjust them. We can also end sessions with applied goals so that you leave with a sense of direction.
