Living life cyclically is hard. You have so many good ideas of how to change and what would make life better, and somehow whether it be by habit or overwhelm; things stay the same. Dreams seem to always be pushed towards later or tomorrow and in moments of clarity you ask yourself "how are things still like this?" I work with clients to nurture the potential for change that they possess within themselves and to help bring those dreams and aspirations much closer to today than in some distant future. I help by providing space, insight, and tools to help meet the needs of your life in your unique context. I work well with people navigating addiction, mood disorders, neurodivergence, executive dysfunction, trauma, and relational strain. I offer individual/family therapy, comprehensive addiction assessment and treatment placement, and intervention services.
