I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. I am licensed in Louisiana. I work with adults who may be struggling with adjustment issues, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and depression. My approach to therapy is open, and I am committed to meeting you where you are. I approach therapy from a cognitive behavioral and solution-focused perspective in which the thoughts, actions, and feelings that influence our behaviors are explored to better understand our challenges and to develop solutions. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
