I offer couples therapy for clients in Colorado and Utah. I have over 20 years of experience in behavioral health and have worked in clinical leadership. To do this I have dedicated myself to ensuring sessions are provided with research based best practices. I have training in Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), I am a trainer for clinicians in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I am a certified in CAMS (treatment of suicidality), and I am a trained EMDR therapist. I also offer consultation to other therapists and agencies who are looking to improve their mental health programs and increase the training of their staff.
