My practice assists with mental health by offering individual, group and remote treatments (neurofeedback). We identify services based on you. This could be creating an individual health and behavior plan with a Master's level health coach, group therapy, or individual psychotherapy. We aim to help you identify and meet your goals in an environment focused on resilience and growth. In person assessment available upon request.
