I have over 26 years of experience helping people work through issues related to stress, anxiety, sadness, grief, family problems, addiction, relationship struggles, codependency issues and infertility. I specialize in working with adults age 18+ and especially enjoy helping people with anxiety and depression. I truly believe that every person wants to be validated and heard.
