My goal as a therapist it to empower my clients by providing them with the appropriate tools, support, and practical feedback to help manage or resolve current problems while creating positive changes to long-standing disruptive patterns in their thoughts and behaviors. I specialize in evidence-based treatments for anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, body image issues, eating disorders, and relational issues.
