Hi there! I’m Colleen, and I believe that therapy is a collaborative, creative process that can help people live a more free and genuine way of life. My practice style is warm, conversational, non-judgmental and direct. I provide a safe and supportive space for people to explore, experiment, and gain awareness to release old patterns that are no longer helpful. I have experience working with people struggling with a range of issues including personal transitions, anxiety, depression, self-doubt & internal conflict, challenging relationships, and recovering from loss.
