I see clients of any age who may be experiencing difficulties that impact their happiness or ability to function day to day. My work has primarily been with children and young adults. I see children with social, emotional and/or behavioral issues. I have conducted joint sessions with siblings and prefer to work closely with the parent(s). I work with young adults and adults who have various struggles such as anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. I like helping individuals who are struggling as a result of toxic/emotionally immature parenting or that describe their childhood as chaotic, stressful or traumatic. View 6 Photos I have found success using a varied approach to therapy, including play and experiential therapies for my younger clients and relational based therapies for teens and young adults. I utilize trauma informed therapy techniques and attachment building strategies in situations that require unique approaches to healing. I also offer therapeutic art activities.
