As a therapist my aim is to bring relational, compassionate and effective treatment for those facing challenges that are impacting daily life. My clients are looking for support with anxiety, depression, ADHD and struggles with life transitions, awareness and communication of needs, relational gridlock, connection to self, parenting, burnout, grief and loss. I am also passionate about working with pregnant/postpartum individuals and couples to help strengthen their relationship, find their footing, and create a shared language for navigating change. My goal is to help you build a toolbox for communication, repair, and connection.
