Hi, I’m Colleen Crilley — a psychotherapist, EMDR Therapist, and Couples Therapist passionate about helping people reconnect with joy, purpose, and a deeper sense of self. My approach is integrative and relationship-centered, weaving together EMDR, and evidence-informed care to support clients through emotional pain, transitions, and relationship struggles. Outside of sessions, you’ll likely find me making art, practicing yoga, hiking with my dogs, or enjoying slow mornings with my family. I believe in the power of presence, creativity, and compassion — and I bring those values into every session.
