I provide individual therapy to teens and adults who are experiencing a wide range of symptoms and symptom severity. I am particularly drawn to supporting issues related to parenting, relationships, attachment, identity concerns, and childhood trauma. I aim to support clients in deepening their connection with themselves and increasing self-trust and self-compassion. I work with clients on understanding and healing from difficult past experiences while also strengthening coping strategies for navigating daily stressors. I commonly use approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), reparenting/inner-child work, and DBT. I lead with curiosity and compassion and am often described as open-hearted. I tend towards a more direct communication style. And I like to think I have a good sense of humor!
