My name is Colleen Davern and I am a licensed therapist in Minnesota. I am licensed for clinical mental health and addiction services. I work with my clients to increase their own self-reflection and awareness to aid them in personal growth. I work from a framework of reality therapy and person centered approaches. I use strength based, CBT, REBT and motivational interviewing techniques with my clients.
