I work with adults and couples who are navigating life's challenges and seeking support to feel more balanced, connected, and fulfilled. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or the ups and downs of major life transitions, I aim to provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and understood. I am especially passionate about supporting people during the journey into (and through!) parenthood. I spent many years seeing children and families in therapy; although I do not currently offer this service, I am happy to use my expertise in these areas in my work with adults.
