I work with adults in the Colorado Springs and surrounding area and specialize in Internal Family Systems therapy and art therapy. As a level 2 IFS Institute trained therapist, I am passionate about seeing people live life more wholeheartedly. Often, the parts of ourselves we fear or feel ashamed of mark places in our lives where we’ve made sacrifices and hard choices to protect ourselves when there were no better options. You deserve a life of wholeness where every part of you is loved. You may be surprised to experience the life-giving qualities and inner wisdom that’s always been inside of you underneath the burdens you carry. As a registered art therapist, I also facilitate using art to heal. Art gets us out of our heads and invites us to do more than analyze but to also fully embody the present moment. It opens up expression where words can fall short and reaches into places talking can fail to access. The best part is, no special skills or training are required in art therapy!
