I am a Licensed Professional Counselor currently practicing in Arkansas. I have experience working with diverse populations and enjoy meeting new people. To me each person’s story, health and emotions are unique. I work to tailor treatment plans to meet each client's individual needs. I work with people who find themselves overwhelmed and wanting to learn how to handle anxiety and depression. I also work with people who are struggling with life adjustments or past trauma by providing a safe place to explore symptoms that are keeping them from moving forward while developing skills that will support them later on.
