As a mental health professional, I have always valued deep conversations, emotional insight, and human connection, and I am passionate about helping people better understand themselves and their issues. My areas of specialization include mood disorders, PTSD, anxiety disorders, life transitions, substance use disorders, LGBTQ issues, women’s issues, and others. Clients describe me as warm, welcoming, calming, and compassionate. I believe the heart of therapy is safety, trust, curiosity, collaboration, authenticity, and a non judgemental environment. When a client feels genuinely seen and understood, real change becomes possible.
