My name is Colleen Millen, and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT 109436) based in California and working with clients statewide through telehealth. I specialize in working with older adolescents and adults in emotional regulation and stress reduction. I attempt to provide a trauma-informed and consent-based space for self-discovery within experiences of anxiety, depression, and developmental trauma. I hope my clients feel seen, heard and comforted in the therapy space I co-create with them. It is my intent to offer a compassionate listening space to support a client's self discovery and growth.
