I provide counseling to people of all ages, and focus on working with children, teens, and women. I specialize in treating anxiety while also working on depression, adjustment to life transitions, and trauma. With women, I'm often focused on adjustment to life transitions such as entering or exiting the workforce, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, adjustment to marriage or divorce, etc. I often see children who are struggling to navigate social relationships, might be falling behind in school, or having a hard time getting along with others at home.
