My approach is to meet you where you are and work with you to accomplish your goals. I enjoy listening, laughing, and providing a judgment free space for you to work through your challenges and discover your strengths. The population I see are adolescents and adults. I enjoy integrating healthy lifestyle choices into my practice. I am proficient in working with individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, bereavement, and health issues (nutrition, sleep, chronic pain, etc). I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and am also a Psypact provider and can see clients in states that are approved. I enjoy going on the journey with my clients and seeing the growth that happens throughout the therapeutic process.
