My practice is rooted in liberation psychology, anti-oppressive frameworks, and a deep respect for lived experience. I am an EMDR-trained practitioner and offer a therapeutic space where safety, authenticity, and relational connection come first. In the spirit of curiosity and collaboration, I invite clients into a healing process that honors the whole self—mind, body, and spirit. Drawing on my background in Cultural Anthropology, I approach therapy through a cultural-historical lens, supporting clients in recognizing and naming the ways systemic oppression shapes their lives and inner worlds.
