Take a deep breath, exhale and release. Know that you are not alone. Everyone goes through life struggles and seeking help is an important first step. Healing begins within! My goal is to assist you in the process of creating shifts in your life experience so you can enjoy a healthier state of well being. I offer a custom approach to working with each client with non-judgmental guidance, compassion and a listening ear. I will incorporate Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, and Mindfulness Meditation. Sessions will be skills oriented, offering you tools which you can implement easily into your lifestyle. My experience comes from providing a variety of services in many different behavioral health settings as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Hypnotherapist. I am well versed working with individuals, children, teens and families throughout the ages & stages of life presenting with many life challenges.
